Lacero Solutions is helping OEMs retrieve & dispose of recalled Takata airbags in a safe and Eco-friendly manner from salvage yards, auto wreckers & auto recyclers. This is helping facilitate a higher completion rate for their active Takata recall campaigns and ensuring that these defective airbags are taken off the roads. This is also helping prevent potential resales of these defective airbags in secondary markets.
We recycle & recover all reusable materials from airbags & seatbelt tensioners & reintroduce them into the supply chain, ensuring ‘Zero Waste Discharge’ & a 100% diversion rate for our customers.

Sign up with us / contact our customer rep. for the list of affected models. Share corresponding VIN list for available cars in your stock for qualification.
Dealers to receive payment per each unit of eligible airbags returned to Lacero Solutions
Shipping and packaging material to be provided free of cost by Lacero Solutions
The packaging sent will include all necessary safety and return labels & anti-static foam
Packaging material will be shipped to dealers within 4-5 days business days of signing up for the Lacero Solutions RecycleVIN program
Package the inflators in the required box (Passenger/Driver)
Return shipment MUST be made within 10 days of receiving the instruction documents
Lacero Solutions will process and initiate the payment within 30 days of receipt of airbags
